Projekt Modřany Sugar Factory

The project is interesting for its BREEM certification, proving the sustainability of the building with high quality housing. The BREEM certificate is a standard of best practices in the field of building design with an emphasis on sustainable construction. Residents have the opportunity to use, for example, gray water for flushing toilets and washing clothes, use solar energy for heating hot water, etc.

We designed the entire area of ​​approximately 3 hectares to the DUR level. We are now designing the DPS for the first stage of house construction. We design using the BIM method.
