Project Císařská vinice

We recently completed the residential project Císařská vinice, which won the Architects' Award in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition.

We appreciate the excellent cooperation with JRD - For Sustainable Life, Podlipný Sladký Architekti, designers Prof. Michal Froňek and Jan Němeček from Olgoj Chorchoj studio, as well as the excellent cooperation with Ferdinand Leffler, a garden architect from Atelier Flera.

We worked on the project from the study. We prepared DUR, DSP, DPS, ZSPD, ATD and DSPS.
