New football stadium in Chomutov has been opened on July 12th 2012. The first game played on the field was friendly match between local team and the most famous Czech team Sparta Prague. Stadium was designed by "AED project" and design team of architect Jindrich Smetana.

New Patrick Blanc´s unique vertical garden (16.12.2010)
Brand new café with a unique vertical garden has been opened in Bratislava. Green wall in the two-story cafe J & T Bank Café is one of the most recent implementation of famous Patrick Blanc – botanist and the creator of Vertical Garden. Café, designed by the architectural studio MIMOLIMIT, has been realized under the supervision of AED project. Vertical Garden consists of more than 2600 plants of 66 various species.

One of the most recent works of the AED project, the Italian specialty store "Wine Food Market", Smíchov, received the award for Best Interior Shops in 2010. The award is organised annually by specialised retail magazine "Regal".

Triplex apartment house in Carlsbad, built according to the architects of the A69 was nominated for the Prize Mies van der Rohe - European Prize for Architecture. For the first time in history the building has not been nominated by the Czech members of the jury, but by the architect Georgi Stanishev, partner of Bulgarian Office of Foster & Partners.

AED project became the exclusive member of this non-profit organization that aims to create an environment for sustainable buildings, which are both economically profitable and environmentally friendly. CZGBC focuses on disseminating information and educating the public and seeks to promote legislative changes needed to ensure these goals. An important part of the work the Council is encouraging the "sustainable" real estate market and providing training of professionals.
