Activities
AED project provides complex or specified services related to preparation, negotiation, and completion of buildings. AED project is a partner to architects, developers, and contractors. The company is also a ´local architect´ to foreign companies or individuals searching for guidance and support on the market in the Czech Republic. AED project provides assistance to local clients with their activities abroad. AED project outs together a special design team for every project taking complete professional care of every commission. The company acts as an executive architect, specialist engineer, project co-ordinator and administrator, or the so-called project engineer. AED project is a technical consultant, organiser of architectural competitions according to rules of the ČKIA.
Except for standard project stages, AED project manages also mandatory negotiations with appropriate authorities. AED project is licensed for the field of building engineering; AED project has the certificates ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 for Design Work in Capital Construction.
Clients of AED project are namely architects and architectural studios, smaller or bigger, local and foreign. The second pillar is developers and contactors. The company is a reliable partner to both groups of clients each of them having completely different specific needs, ambitions, standards, conduct as well as approach to projects.
AED project is the holder of Certificate of Facility Security Clearance issued by National Security Authority of Czech Republic since 3.5.2012. This certificate allows to classified information up to the level Confidential.
